Pretty much everything we sell can be eaten straight away (once the cheese-y delights have reached room temp of course), but we understand that some people like to cook with our products as well. If you're unfamiliar with a particular cheese or other food item, we encourage you to ask about how it can be used while you're in store. If you want to try some new things, here are some suggestions for some of our cheeses.
Lovely links for ideas on how to eat your buffalo mozzarella (if it gets further than just eating it right away from the punnet!). Simple Insalate Caprese is my favourite use: add fresh basil, ripe tomatoes and lovely, loval EVOO - delicioso.
