Made just an hour and a half away just out of Masterton, Miles King makes the most delicious cheeses from his own ewes' milk and his neighbour's jersey cow milk. We stock Sunset Blue, Ngawi Brie, Manchego and Mt Bruce Havarti. Mmm.
